Originally called Shefras Novelty Company.
Formed by Solomon Shefras with sons Morris and Philip.
Shefras did some manufacturing, but mainly involved in distribution, refurbishment and conversion of gambling machines.
Morris and Philip Shefras went on to form their own companies.
